Columbia Records released a special collector's edition deluxe Digipak (#CK 90742) for Barbra's The Movie Album which contained a standard CD of the album plus a bonus limited edition DVD featuring video performances of Barbra recording “I'm In The Mood For Love” and “Wild Is The Wind,” plus a 7-minute audio-only interview (recorded August 13, 2003) with Barbra reflecting on the history of the songs, the movies they came from, and the creative process that shaped the album.

For the music videos, Barbra recalled: “At first the editor tried to have me lip-synch with the finished record, and I said, 'You'll never do it, it'll never work, because every take is different.' So this film camera captured those two performances in the booth,” Barbra told The Advocate. “I only did two takes, and that's that. The record is different because the record is another take, and we didn't have the cameras going in that one.”
