Barbra Streisand sang two songs on The Prince of Tides soundtrack, although neither of them appeared in the film. To publicize the movie, music videos of these songs were edited together.
“Places That Belong to You,” a new song by Marilyn and Alan Bergman and James Newton Howard, featured a dramatically lit Streisand in the recording studio, and many scenes from The Prince of Tides.
The "Places" video uses some outtakes from The Prince of Tides movie.
Note: The director and cinematographer (Streisand is lit beautifully in this music video) are unknown.
