Title sequence of

“‘Barbra, With One More Look At You’ is two things: a cosmeticized peek behind the scenes during the filming of ‘A Star is Born,’ and a profile of Barbra Streisand's 16 years in the limelight.”

... Charlie Bermant, Albuquerque Journal. February 23, 1977.

This T.V. special was comprised of concert footage filmed at Arizona's Sun Devil Stadium, more concert footage from Grady Gammage auditorium at Arizona State University, scenes from the film, and interviews.  The hour-long show publicized Barbra's new movie, A Star Is Born. The special also looked backwards at Streisand's career by showing her first appearance on T.V. on The Jack Paar Show, and also her duet with Judy Garland in 1963.

With One More Look At You also emphasized the differences between the original film starring Janet Gaynor and Streisand and Peters’ more modern version.

Separated into five acts, each act examined one of the new Star is Born songs. Kris Kristofferson, Jon Peters, Barbra, and sound designer Phil Ramone were all interviewed on camera.

Fans were treated to studio footage showing Barbra experimenting with different arrangements for the songs. Also shown was a bit of the alternate edit for Barbra's final song, “Watch Closely Now.”

The best part of the whole special was seeing Barbra, in glorious voice, entertaining the masses at Sun Devil Stadium.
